Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with Postrion. Orders are processed by our online reseller Paddle.com, which is the Merchant of Record for all purchases and handles refunds.

30-day money-back guarantee

If Postrion isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of your first payment and we will refund it in full, no questions asked.

Free trial

The Pro trial is free. You won't be charged if you cancel before the trial ends. After the trial, the subscription renews monthly until you cancel.

Renewals and cancellation

You can cancel at any time from your account. You keep Pro until the end of the paid period.
Renewal payments after the first 30 days are generally not refunded, but contact us if something went wrong and we will look at it.
Where consumer law gives you additional rights, those rights apply.

How to request a refund

Write to support@postrion.io from the email you signed up with, or reply to your Paddle receipt. You can also contact Paddle directly through paddle.net. Refunds go back to the original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days.
