Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of Postrion (postrion.io), operated by Postrion. By signing in you agree to them and to our Privacy Policy.

The service

Postrion lets you draft posts with an AI assistant, schedule them, and have them published to your own LinkedIn profile through LinkedIn's official API. Postrion is not affiliated with, endorsed or sponsored by LinkedIn.

Your account

• You sign in with your own LinkedIn account and must be at least 16 years old.
• You must follow LinkedIn's User Agreement and Professional Community Policies.
• You authorize us to publish to your profile the posts you schedule, at the time you choose. You can cancel a scheduled post until it starts publishing.
• You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your LinkedIn account secure.

Your content

You own the content you create and publish. You give us a limited license to store and process it only to provide the service, including sending it to our AI provider. You are responsible for what you publish: AI drafts can be inaccurate, so review every post and replace any placeholders before it goes out.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use Postrion to:

• publish spam, misleading, illegal, hateful or infringing content;
• impersonate anyone or post to an account you don't control;
• get around plan limits, attack the service or access other users' data;
• do anything that violates LinkedIn's terms or applicable law.

Plans and payment

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

The Free plan includes a limited number of AI drafts per month and scheduled posts at a time. The Pro plan is billed in advance each month and renews until you cancel; a free trial may be offered before the first payment. Cancelling stops future renewals, and you keep Pro until the end of the current period. Refunds follow our Refund Policy. Prices and limits are shown on our website and may change with prior notice.

Availability

We work to publish every post on time, but delivery depends on LinkedIn and other providers. A post may be delayed or fail, for example if LinkedIn is unavailable or your LinkedIn access has expired. We will show the status in your queue and email you when action is needed.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time under About you → Delete account. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits or lost data, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will notify you of significant changes. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms. Questions? Write to support@postrion.io.
